Refund Policy

1. Failed generations — automatic credit refunds
If a generation fails for any reason, the credits it cost are refunded to your balance automatically — no request needed. You can see every charge and refund in your studio history.
2. Credit purchases
- Unused credits: if you purchased a credit pack and have not spent any of its credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packs: once credits from a pack have been spent on generations, the pack is considered consumed digital content and is generally non-refundable — except where the Service was materially faulty.
- Faulty service: if a technical problem on our side charged you incorrectly (e.g. double billing), we refund the difference in full.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@puffybee.ai from your account email with your purchase receipt (Lemon Squeezy order number). We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, EU consumer law, or the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
